6. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Digital Products: For digital products, including online courses, Your Functional Body abides by the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, offering a standard cooling-off period of 14 days from the date of purchase. However, this right is waived once the downloading or streaming of digital content begins with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the cooling-off period. Refunds for digital products will only be considered if the digital content is faulty, not as described, or does not fulfill the advertised educational purpose.
Coaching Services: For individual, single coaching sessions, cancellations must be made at least 2 days before the scheduled session to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 1 days of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.
Packages of Sessions: Due to the nature of the commitment involved in session packages, we do not offer refunds once a package is purchased. We believe in the value and effectiveness of our programs, which require a commitment to the process from both the practitioner and the client. However, we understand that circumstances can change, and we are committed to working with our clients to ensure satisfaction. If you encounter any issues or concerns with your package, please contact us to discuss possible accommodations or solutions.
Please note, Your Functional Body reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions under unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a rescheduled session or a refund for individual sessions, as per the details outlined in our Refund Policy.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect, use, and protect personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle client and visitor data. By using our Services, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
